​Owner and lead nurse. After working in several hospitals, in multiple speciality units, started 7B-IV in 2022 as a mobile IV nurse for this community. Melinda is passionate about healing the body through a functional medicine approach. She's heading back to school to become a Nurse Practitioner.

​Barrett is the Co-owner and husband to Melinda Adams. He manages behind-the-scenes day to day, ordering supplies, IT, research and anything else that needs attention.

Medical Director of 7B-IV Trinity Wellness Center and brings many years of extensive experience caring for complex and chronic conditions, including Lyme disease, mold toxicity, cancer, autoimmune disease, hormone dysregulation, and more. As a licensed NMD, Dr. Derricks practices a comprehensive functional medicine approach, thoughtfully integrating western medicine when needed. By addressing lifestyle factors, educating patients on anti-inflammatory nutrition, and rebuilding the gut microbiome, and supporting detoxification, she unknown for helping patients slowly and intentionally piece their health back together. We are incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Derricks at 7B-IV

Experienced Military Nurse, wife and mom. Nicole is one of our occasional RN's that comes and works with us at 7B-IV.

Julie is our newest member to the 7B-IV family. Joined our team at the end of 2025. Julie comes to us with 12 years of nursing experience, previously specializing in stroke care at the hospital.  She is excited to join us and pivot her career into prevention and holistic wellness. She is also a wife and mother of two who enjoys the amazing outdoor life Sandpoint has to offer.

Alyssa started with us in September 2024. Currently in full time nursing school, Alyssa already loves the world of nursing care.

Raised in North Idaho. Amber will be one of the faces to greet you at 7B-IV TWC. She is excited to venture on this journey of health and wellness along with serving her community.

Hannah Case, our newest team member at 7B-IV, is a ray of sunshine who joined us in March 2025. With years of experience as a CNA, she is now excited to grow her career in the functional medicine field. Hannah is a proud mother of three and partner to the man of her dreams. When she’s not in the office, she’s likely with her best friend Sarah—they’re soul sisters, and it’s rare to see one without the other.
