​Owner and lead nurse. After working in several hospitals, in multiple speciality units, started 7B-IV in 2022 as a mobile IV nurse for this community. Melinda is passionate about healing the body through a functional medicine approach. She's heading back to school to become a Nurse Practitioner.

​Barrett is the Co-owner and husband to Melinda Adams. He manages behind-the-scenes day to day, ordering supplies, IT, research and anything else that needs attention.

Sarah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who has worked in healthcare for over a decade. Her background includes emergency medicine, hormone replacement medicine, anti-aging peptide therapy and medical weight loss. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Colorado College of Nursing at Anschutz in 2017. She has a true passion for nursing and wants to help others be healthy and live their best life. Her holistic approach to healthcare utilizes the shared decision-making model which ensures the preferences of her patients are incorporated into their treatment.

Ashley was raised with a functional and holistic approach to medicine and is passionate about it. Her background has been primarily working in the hospital setting and the ER. She will finish her BSN degree summer 24'. She is grateful to be serving the community through the therapies and services 7B-IV offers. Her motto is "every drop or your drip matters"

Alyssa started with us in September 2024. Currently in full time nursing school, Alyssa already loves the world of nursing care.

Experienced Military Nurse, wife and mom. Nicole is one of our occasional RN's that comes and works with us at 7B-IV.

Kelli Hansen is a proud Sandpoint native who has dedicated her entire adult life to healthcare. After earning her BSN in 2019, she built a diverse nursing career spanning medical/surgical, ICU, labor and delivery, infusions, vascular access, medical forensics, and even launching her own concierge nursing business. Kelli is passionate about serving her community, creating a safe space for patients, and always bringing a touch of humor to her care. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two kids—whether they’re camping, horseback riding, surfing, dancing, or playing with their animals. Her favorite quote, from the movie Patch Adams, says it all: “You treat a disease, you win, you lose. You treat a person, I guarantee you, you’ll win, no matter what the outcome.”

With a decade of dedicated service in law enforcement, Joaquin Winer has built a career around protecting and serving his community. Now pursuing his next chapter in the EMT/Fire Academy, he’s preparing to bring that same commitment, resilience, and passion for public safety into the field of firefighting. An avid outdoorsman, Joaquin enjoys hunting and giving back through his nonprofit organization, where he guides others in outdoor experiences. He’s also a proud father of three amazing children. Fun fact—Joaquin is married to fellow 7B-IV team member Alyssa, who also happens to be his boss!

​Born and raised in Sandpoint ID, Rachael is the face you seen when walking into 7B-IV TWC. She has always had a passion in holistic healing and is headed to school to become a Holistic Nutritionist Counselor.

Raised in North Idaho. Amber will be one of the faces to greet you at 7B-IV TWC. She is excited to venture on this journey of health and wellness along with serving her community.

Hannah Case, our newest team member at 7B-IV, is a ray of sunshine who joined us in March 2025. With years of experience as a CNA, she is now excited to grow her career in the functional medicine field. Hannah is a proud mother of three and partner to the man of her dreams. When she’s not in the office, she’s likely with her best friend Sarah—they’re soul sisters, and it’s rare to see one without the other.

Sarah Myers brings warmth and energy to the 7B-IV team, having joined us at the start of 2025. Her world revolves around her son and her close-knit circle of friends. With a background in holistic nutrition, Sarah is passionate about wellness and helping others feel their best. She is lovingly watched over by her late husband of 10 years, whom she and their son carry in their hearts every day. Sarah thrives in warm weather and loves the water—so much so that she calls herself a lizard. Known for her vibrant spirit, she adds joy to our workplace daily and is often found dancing or even balancing on her head just for fun.
