​Owner and lead nurse. After working in several hospitals, in multiple speciality units, started 7B-IV in 2022 as a mobile IV nurse for this community. Melinda is passionate about healing the body through a functional medicine approach. She's heading back to school to become a Nurse Practitioner.

​Barrett is the Co-owner and husband to Melinda Adams. He manages behind-the-scenes day to day, ordering supplies, IT, research and anything else that needs attention.

Alyssa started with us in September 2024. Currently in full time nursing school, Alyssa already loves the world of nursing care.

Experienced Military Nurse, wife and mom. Nicole is one of our occasional RN's that comes and works with us at 7B-IV.

With a decade of dedicated service in law enforcement, Joaquin Winer has built a career around protecting and serving his community. Now pursuing his next chapter in the EMT/Fire Academy, he’s preparing to bring that same commitment, resilience, and passion for public safety into the field of firefighting. An avid outdoorsman, Joaquin enjoys hunting and giving back through his nonprofit organization, where he guides others in outdoor experiences. He’s also a proud father of three amazing children. Fun fact—Joaquin is married to fellow 7B-IV team member Alyssa, who also happens to be his boss!

Raised in North Idaho. Amber will be one of the faces to greet you at 7B-IV TWC. She is excited to venture on this journey of health and wellness along with serving her community.

Hannah Case, our newest team member at 7B-IV, is a ray of sunshine who joined us in March 2025. With years of experience as a CNA, she is now excited to grow her career in the functional medicine field. Hannah is a proud mother of three and partner to the man of her dreams. When she’s not in the office, she’s likely with her best friend Sarah—they’re soul sisters, and it’s rare to see one without the other.

Sarah Myers brings warmth and energy to the 7B-IV team, having joined us at the start of 2025. Her world revolves around her son and her close-knit circle of friends. With a background in holistic nutrition, Sarah is passionate about wellness and helping others feel their best. She is lovingly watched over by her late husband of 10 years, whom she and their son carry in their hearts every day. Sarah thrives in warm weather and loves the water—so much so that she calls herself a lizard. Known for her vibrant spirit, she adds joy to our workplace daily and is often found dancing or even balancing on her head just for fun.
